We also recognize that our employees have a statutory right to refrain from such activities. Our company policies and procedures adhere to all applicable domestic laws concerning freedom of association and collective bargaining, nondiscrimination, forced labor and underage workers in the workplace. Through our various subsidiaries, our company has successfully negotiated and now administers collective bargaining agreements that cover about 10,000 employees – about 20 percent of our workforce – in approximately 220 facilities.
